Arizona GIS map directory

Where to see parcel lines, water boundaries, flood zones and elevation for Arizona land — county by county and statewide.

Updated 2026-10-02

Arizona's land data is spread across fifteen county GIS departments and several state and federal agencies. This page lists the map viewers a person can use, and the public data services our parcel research tool reads behind the scenes.

County parcel map viewers

Each viewer shows parcel lines over aerial imagery and lets you click a parcel for its APN. Not every county publishes one.

For counties not listed, start from the assessor link in our county assessor directory.

Public data services we use

These are machine-readable map services (ArcGIS REST and similar). They are what make an automated parcel lookup possible. Each has its own terms; county parcel data in particular is published for reference, not survey, purposes.

What GIS can and cannot tell you

  • Parcel lines are approximate. County GIS lines are drawn for tax mapping. Only a survey establishes a boundary.
  • GIS acreage and deeded acreage can differ. Several services calculate acres from the drawn shape; the deed may say something else.
  • Zoning layers lag. A recent rezoning may not appear for weeks. Confirm with the planning office — see how to check zoning.
  • Roads on a map are not legal access. A line on a map does not prove a recorded right to use it. Our legal access guide explains how to tell.

General information, not legal, tax or survey advice. First 48 Offers LLC is a real estate investment company that buys land. It is not a law firm, brokerage, surveyor or title company. Arizona statutes, county procedures and agency boundaries change, and every parcel turns on its own facts. Verify anything important with the county, the agency named, or an Arizona attorney before relying on it.
