Who opens a case

Some cases are one repair. Some are a whole house. Pick what sounds closest and we'll sort out the rest on the walkthrough.

Homeowners

You inherited it, you're getting it ready to sell, or it's been sitting and it's time to deal with it.

Investors

You bought it or you're about to. You need a real scope and a real number, then a crew that shows up.

Who does the work

First 48 Rehab runs your case: intake, investigation scheduling, the case report, updates, and the paperwork trail. The construction itself is priced, contracted, and performed by independently licensed Arizona contractors.

Every proposal names the contractor doing the work and their Arizona Registrar of Contractors license number. You sign with them directly, so you keep the protections Arizona gives homeowners who hire a licensed contractor.
